I am so moved with your peace experience and keep it up... Bless you always..PIPO
Hi everyone, I am Aminata Siahoué from Côte D’Ivoire. I am 24 years old and studying sociology. All my life I wanted to work towards sustainable worldwide peace but I didn’t know that peace was inside us. I was just talking about it without a real understanding of the concept. But with the Inner Peace Time, Peace In Peace Out appeared to me as the only correct definition of “sustainable peace”.
Let’s reads about my story as a peace rebel.
One night of August I was looking for some information about peace organizations on the internet. Then I found the peace revolution website page. I visited and decided to apply for the West Africa fellowship in Senegal. Here began the most beautiful experience which changed all my perspectives of life; MEDITATION!!!! Wow this is the most incredible practice of the world!!! I said when I completed my first IPT. PEACE is inside us!
It has been a beautiful announcement when I had been selected to participate in the West Africa Fellowship in Senegal. I was impatient to be there because I wanted to live this experience and live with my fellows and a real Monk (it would be more interesting than listening to MP3’s).
Imagine yourself, with eyes closed sitting in meditation posture at the beach side, yes we did it! It has been a great innovation and a gorgeous experience for me as well as the yoga sessions (Varsha you are the best yoga teacher).
I like meeting people from diverse cultures and languages and this fellowship has been for me an opportunity to meet new people who rapidly became my “peace family”.
This fellowship allowed me to answer to many uncompleted questions which I was asking about my future. It changes the way I looked at people around me, the way I behave, the way I talk to others and the most important change in my life has been my meeting with the inner peace; the most wonderful feeling that I had never felt in my life.
“If you want to change your mind just change your habits, be disciplined” (Venerable Pasura).
Because meditation is an education for all human beings regardless of race or religious distinction, for me it’s the best way to build a peaceful life and live in accordance with our body. I truly appreciate to share and learn meditation experiences from each member of my “peace family” (I love you all). The Monk Luang Phi Pasura, whom I specially thank for all the good things he taught me and for making me the better person I became when I get back in my country through the lessons he gave during these three days.
PIPO FOR SUSTAINABLE PEACE IN THE WORLD!!!
