I Am Stuck On Day 15, And My Profile Picture Is Not Displayed

Please my day 15 is not saving, consequently I cannot move on even though I meditate everyday. After writing my entry, and click on save, it wipes my entry and gives me a new page. I wrote again and it repeated it. Also, my profile picture is not showing, i tried changing it and refreashing the page but it wont show.
