A Short Video Made By Young People On The Topic Of Stereotypes About Meditation And What It Really Is :)

Hello! I wanted to share with you a short movie made during a youth exchange by young people from Bulgaria, Latvia, Spain and Turkey on the topic of stereotypes about meditation and what meditation really is :) The organization in which I am working was one of the partners in this project and I am very happy such things are organized. The project was in the frame of the Youth in Action programme of the European Union, it provides young people with the opportunity to travel, meet people from different countries, experience and learn more about different cultures, learn in a non-formal way about different topics, such as meditation and healthy lifestyle in this case :)
