I want to conduct a Special OPS session in my university, as the Special OPS says it has to be conducted through Skype, but in my university they have the facility of video conferencing, which is not Skype, its a connectivity through IP. Can i please know if i can arrange my Special OPS through video conference instead of Skype.

What kind of IP software do you have? Polycom? We don't have support for any kind of IP software. So, unless your university don't let you install a common software such as Skype, please try a web based solution such as Google Hangout.
I will talk to my university, Skype is possible, but Skype is not as nice and comfortable than the video conferencing.
Our university is having a video conference room, which have several camera connected and a large multimedia screen, by the help of which online conferences are arranged, so my idea was to arrange OPS in there. but as you don't have that facility, so i again have to talk to them to do some arrangement.
