FAILING TO SAVE MY SESSION FOR OVER A WEEK NOW

I am still failling to save my sessions, its been almost a week. Is it posible, to close this account and open a new one, because its not giving me any error message and i dont know what to do anymore

Dear Francisca,

I try to login with your account and save a dummy record on Day 2. It works as you can see from self-development page. The day now change from Day 1 to Day 2. So, everything seems to work from this side but your computer setting may not allow you to save your entry. My recommendation is that you change the computer, or upgrade your browser (the latest version of Chrome or Firefox is highly recommended).

We will not provide further help unless you try as recommended.
