This should be no problem if you choose the date March 19, 2013. The problem occurs because the system tried to check the local date at the present moment. In Europe, the time is just changed from March 19, 2013 to March 20, 2013. This happens if you submit the information of March 19, 2013 during the night but you choose March 20, 2013 as the IPT date.
So, as the system says, you shouldn't still submit an IPT entry for March 20, 2013 as the meditation session you did was in March 19, 2013. Is this correct? If not, please check the Date and Time setting in your computer.
This system has been employed recently because some Peace Rebels were filling IPT entry 3-4 days in advanced. Let's say today is March 19, 2013. Some people have already filed March 21, March 22 and March 23. :)
