Yesterday and today, there was an unidentified problem that caused all Peace Rebels not to be able to upload anything including their profile pictures as well as attachments in the wall. After we have restarted the server, everything is fine again. I guess you better try uploading your picture again and see if it is working or not. Let me know if it does not work and I will try to find a way to further help you.
