Hi Adriana, Its good to know that you continued with meditation during your vacations even without internet and I personally appreciate you for the same. I am sure your meditation experience would have improved due to regular meditation, however as you must have observed that in every meditation session there is something new (leaving some initial sessions) so it will be good idea if you could start the program from where you have left so that you should not miss anything further. Further in due course you can accommodate your accomplished session, if you have done them already.
Normally in self-development program it is advised to take up one session per day however everyone is free to meditate for as much time as possible. In last, I would say in meditation there is no loss the more time you give, the more benefit you will have …so keep meditating & complete your online program!
