<p> I just wanted to share with you a mind map that I found on the internet (the website is indicated below) and I thought it was really inspirational and representative for the way I feel about meditation, and it is very detailed, with a lot of associations of meditation, many of which I have been thinking about myself :) And I read here something interesting, about meditation being good for lowering blood pressure and for better blood circulation, because we relax our minds and bodies...amazing :)</p>
