A While Without Meditation

life is full of stress: work, relationships, colleagues, family .... and right in the middle of all that u get caught and trapped !!  It's been 2 weeks that I did my last meditation :/

many things changed in my life since I skipped meditation in my daily routine: 
stress has increased , I get easily nervous and cranky :/ I get distracted easily and can;t keep my head in my work , can't focus !

I think this period showed me how meditation is essential and critical in my life !

BACK ON THE TRACK ! :)
