A Living Testimony: "The Power of Mantra"

Dear Peace rebels, Yesterday, I missed my session on IPT because I'm not feeling well. I suffered a severe headache . When I left my house at 7:00 in the morning I ate 1 spoon of a fried egg, no a cup of coffee nor a glass of milk. At 8:00 o'clock in the morning, I heard something pop-up inside my head. Then a severe pain came to it until lunch time. After eating , I felt relaxed but at 2:oo o'clock in the afternoon until 8 :00 in the evening I suffered again the headache which I could no longer smile because of the pain. When I'm home, I let my mother massage my head but nothing relieved . I drank water an a medicine but I didn't feel the pain subsided. I remembered the meditation, in a quick moment I sat on my bed , I prepared myself for meditation. I began to relaxed my body trying to breath-in-out slowly for many times. Next,I tried to visualize the moon, sun or the star in order that the pain in my head would subside.Later, my focus wasn't there because I always thinking of my IPT session that I've missed. Still I went on again meditating. Finally, I chose the Mantra. I always reciting the word Mantra.........mantra.... A less than a minute , a miracle happened. When I open my eyes, Slowly and slowly my severe pain in my head was vanished in a less than 1 minute..... Thanks to our Almighty .... I proved now that there is a power of Mantra..(Meditation)
