Hello Elizabeth- I saw you in the last moonfest :)- Im also new- and the best way to start is to give in your day 30 minutes- the results will be better and better every day- and for sure- you will find yourself calm and happy that you will have all the enerys for share it to everybody. the best way to start is with ourselves- :) We will be more and more, im sure! *
