Hey Peace Lovers!<div>Hope you're all doing well :)</div><div>I'm having a bit of a problem .. I'm kind of new to meditation, aside from the distractions that I'm trying to overcome day by day, I have muscles problem!</div><div>You see, my job requires long hours of sitting in front of the computer, so when I sit down to meditate I feel pain in my back (specially that I'm not leaning on anythings and trying to keep my back straight) and if I stay for long I start feeling pain in my legs!!</div><div>Is there a solution to that? Or will practice help improve this?</div><div>Thank you :)</div>
