About sleeping, I can't give you adive. I'm recovering from a burn out, so even though i meditate, i still sleep a lot.
During the day, i don't know if it will help you, but i've learned to go with my mind to the center of my body, each hour, for a minute or 2. That way you keep connected to inner peace.
