On the latest Special Ops page, my special ops got mixed up with a special ops titled self care for women leaders, from Canada. Might someone help explaining this, please?

My Online Special Ops title was “Inner Peace Meditation Re-orientation and Practice” held in Lagos Nigeria. The motivation, Objectives and proposals have been replaced while the implementation, benefits and enforcer reports are mine. And lastly, here is the https://peacerevolution.net/dashboard#/special-ops/23774/edit is the Special Ops form which entirely is not mine.

I organized my online Special Ops 1-Sept-2019, by 2 pm Nigeria time.
