In spite of having submitted 2 special ops one online and one off line and having submitted both the reports, the Application status shows incomplete. Please do help.

When contacted Mercie I am told that the report for online spl ops conducted on 3rd March ( coached by Ghada Zribi) needs to be uploaded once again. I have been provided the link for updating the report: https://peacerevolution.net/special-ops/manage/MjIzNjk= 

However the above link doesnt work, I am getting an error 500 when I try to upload...

please help...
