Error In Mini-PIPO Proposal;

My Mini-PIPO proposal which I update last month is not visible to Cholpon who is doing the financial arrangement. I filled the below proposal form:

I choose the Mini-PIPO dates to be 04/10/17 - 04/14/17 but the date that appears after I save is this:

And that too it appears under past events like this with yesterday's date:

Your Mini PIPO is in the list, I think Cholpon don't have rights to see the list. I'll check with her.
