Another issue with Tom, Armand guided his online ops and this is what is appearing now, the system switched as Armand organized the session. (It happened the same with one of Angie's ops)

Thank you, Andrii! Indeed, the Offline SO issue has been solved. Now there is the bizarre issue of the Online SO that I conducted a few weeks ago, which has mysteriously disappeared from the system.
