My Peace Rebel Can't Access His Account

My peace rebel (creative soul) with email account  kreatywnie@tuta.io can't access her account, please note the message I received from her through facebook;

"Hi Fares, I keep meditating but can't access my account. I have changed my password and forgot it and the resend/reset button doesn't work . I'll probably sign up with a new account, I don't know whom should I ask for help because there is no 'support'section on the page. I'll see it again though"
