Hello Andrii, 

We realized we experienced some problems with the OSO proposals, particularly with the suggested time.

It seems that some rebels had suggested some time and then, some other time is shown in the proposal, so it is confusing and some OSO had  to be cancel because of this.

Some said they realized about that but were not able to change it.

I know this is a bit ambiguous, but do not have other way to explain it. If you need some other information let me know and I can contact some of those rebels so they can give you more details? Just let me know.
