Special Ops (Enforcers And Other)

Hello =) 

I already saw some topics about Enforcers in Special Ops, but can not find the button for sending the form to them. They havent received the form for submiting their experience and it is also not in their spam folder. 

While trying to send them the form, I clicked in submit in the "Edit Special Ops" site and now the special Ops appears as if it was mine haha.
