- Online Ops are being approved without any reason (no architect took them) and when I change them to "submitted", they appear as "negotiating" but the button "let me guide" is not there.... so it also can not be taken. 

Let me know if I am actually doing sth wrong. 

I am attaching the screen shot for you to see some cases. It is page 1 of Online Ops today. The one I changed to submitted is the one from Jorge Daniel Martinez.
