I've submitted a proposal for an online Special Ops over a week ago. Several days ago the status changed from "negotiating" to "approved",  however, there was no Peace Architect taking up the session so it couldn't have been approved. I then asked one of the administrators to kindly change the status back to "negotiating" and she did, but now it once again appears as "approved", while I still don't have a Peace Architect for my session, which is approaching very soon. 

Please advise.
