I Can't Submit My Daily Entery

Hello,

I can't submit my daily entery in selfe development program, a message showed after that saying " you can't edite or post others IPT", then i refreshed the page, re enter the page again, and i can't find any place to enter the journal.

I am on day 23 in my self development program.
