Hello, Peace Rebels!

I have an issue trying to schedule my special OPS online. I already did it more or less 15 days ago and it was approved but I didn´t get any name of the person who is going to guide the meditation. Then, 1 week ago, it appears cancel, I spoke with the person who is helping me with the fellowship process (Ana Laura) and she helped me with this and then it was approved again. Yesterday, once again it was in negotiation status, and now it is approved again. 

Please, I need some help. I already invite the people who is really interested in this; everybody is very excited about it and change the schedule is very complicated for them.
