The followings are the details of the Special Ops. Name: Spreading Inner Peace at the theatre Type: Online Language: ES Public/Private: Private Local Time: 2016-03-15 15:30:00 Europe/Madrid Timezone: Europe/Madrid Number of participants: 14 Implementation: The event was a periodical classical drama class. 13 People with ages ranging between 21 to 71 years old attended. Our meeting location was at community college. . People started coming in at 20.00. Last person arrived at 20.15. I talked about Peace Revolution and the proposal PIPO. At 20:30 we get connected via Skype with our guide Alejandra. She introduced herself and made a quick information gathering to learn about the meditation experience level of the group. we could hear Alejandra guide the meditation very well. Two techniques were used in the special ops. Those were 1. Mantra 2. Visualization The session started afterwards and took aproximately 28 minutes. After the session Alejandra asked about the our experiences. .At the end, I talked them about the benefits of meditation and PIPO. I given them a mandala. I explained them "What exactly is a Mandala" I invited them to painting it. We finished our connection with a group photo. Benefits: From the participants only 2 people had meditated before. For the rest it was a new experience Participants told me they felt very light headed, very relaxed, happy, recharged of energy, and they shared some of their visualizations and feelings we felt very relaxed and comfortable to keep focus and attending the classical drama class. For me it was very fulfilling to see it as an opportunity to gain peace and grow as individuals. I am looking forward to organize the next Special ops.
