Special Offline Ops Seems To Be Not Complited

Hi, last 1st of March I did the Special offline ops with my family. The day after I complited the report and uploaded the pictures. In one of the items on the report they asked me about the mails of the members who participated on the meditation, to respond about the experience. No one of them receive the mail, so it seems that my special offline ops is not complited.
