How Can I Get A "peace Coach"?

i saw this funtionality but im not sure when or how can i have one. 

Im currently on day 21 (42 day program)

  1. Where can I get a Peace Coach? Do not worry about searching for a Peace Coach. As soon as one is free to help you, he/she will find you and make the first contact with you. However, during certain periods we may have more rebels than others and it may take more time for your Peace Coach to be free and find you.
