Feature Request: Improving Response To Call For Participation (fellowships)

Some ideas to increase the number of applications:

- Add something to the application form as a way of increasing the mails we have in our database and augment the word of mouth → ask participants to insert two references (name, surname, job title, relationship to them and mail address) and three people they think have the profile and could benefit from the fellowship.

- Create incentives for Rebels to invite more of their friends (for example, for every person they reference, they get 10 points; 1000 points they get something like a t-Shirt or 100.000 points they get invited to one of our events).

First idea: I don't want to send any emails to people who didn't subscribe by their own to not spoil our reputation on MailChimp (so our mails would not go to SPAM).

Second:

This is the very big feature and I like it. However it should be very well developed and we should start to work on it only after we solve current issues. For now we have issues in queue for 2-3 month ahead.

I think we should return to the second idea when website become more stable.
