Still Have Problems To Edit The Photos Of My OPS

Hi, since yesterday I wanted to delete one personal pic that has nothing to do with the OPS, the pae didn't allowed me, and now I can't even edit it. It has been already a day, what can I do to delete it?

I've already created the ticket as I told you yesterday, it's in query and we will fix it. But it's not the only one issue we have to fix, so it will take time. Please be patient.
