Can't Submit My Feedback Form

I have been trying to save my feedback form but the part where I have to explain why used more than 60 days to do the SDP doesn't seem to be working. I cannot submit the form without filling out this section. Please can this be fixed?

Also, I submitted my central and west Africa fellowship application form since November but until now,  I notice my resume and recommendation letters have not been received yet. Is there any other way to submit them? Please help.

Yes I do. I finally submited my CV and recommendation letters couple of days ago so that isssue is solved. But the feedback form problem is still there.

I don't want to leave it empty. I actuallyvwant to fill it but when I touch there it doesn't open. All the other spaces work but that particular one doesn't.

I've tried other browsers already and I still can't type in that field. It's the only field I can't type in.

For resume you can edit your application and try to upload it once again. For why could you press inspect element (in chrome browser) on this filed and share the selected code with me?
