peace is a virtue and an assert to mankind that must be maintained always . Being a victim of hate and discrimination I became a very sad and isolated person with no inner peace but after my first experience to meditate I think having inner peace is one of the best ways to combat violence of any kind from peace at home to peace in the world and meditation can help me and the rest of the world to relate better with any and every person that we cross paths with.
