Enforcer Can Not Upload The Feedback

Hello there, 

One of my enforcers for my report of Special Ops told me yesterday that she was not able to send her feedback to Peace Revolution. She has signed in through FB to send the feedback but once she send it, the page turn to "error". Could you please help how we have to work on this? The other two enforcers have already succeeded in sending the feedback.

Finally my enforcer has already able to send her feedback, but when I looked at my spec ops report, although the icon of completed is on, but the status is still featured although I have finished everything. I hope this is not a problem :)
