Adding The + Days Even I Didn`t Skip Single IPT Input

I have problem with site adding the + used days, but so far I didn`t skipped single day, so please can you solve this problem, because I start self-development program all over again because I had too many skipped days, and now I want to do whole program without skipping single day.
