I have the same problem...I hope the technique team can resolve it very soon so that I and you too, we can send the feedback again... ;) I make a copy of the answers so that I don't need to do all over again, just need to post it. Just in case you write it again, maybe you can make a copy too so that you just need to paste it back in the form. Just a thought... :)

I've also completed the form 3-4 times, but when I go to submit it, it just erases all my answers. Hopefully, someone from tech support will have some suggestions for us!
