Constant Error While Updating The Self Development Page

Hello,

I have been facing problems from yesterday to update my self development program. The page stays on "PLEASE WAIT" tab forever after having typed the entry for the day or at other times gives an error "WHOOPS LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING WENT WRONG"
I am attaching both the screen shots for your reference. I have tried doing the below mentioned advice that I read on the support wall.
1. Logout the website and login again. If possible, once you have logged out, please clear all Cache and Cookies related to the website.
2. Try to submit the daily entry again.

But the problem still persists. Hence could you please assist. I haven't been able to send in my entries for day 15 and day 16 due to this.
