Problem In Coaching Access Management For SDP 1.5

Dear LP John,

This is to inform you that some coaches are not able to access to SDP 1.5, despite of permission. Further the option of "English 1.5' does not appear under coaching menu in the Dashboard in case of many other, who even have access to SDP 1.5. Some of the people who have reported both issue are Barbara, Lorena and Angie.

One my request Alejandro has already checked it on his level, but didn’t manage to find solution.

Please help!

Dear Kuldeep,

Actually this is because when a Peace Coach switches between each episode, they have to click again the region on the right. If they don't, the system still considers the same region, which does not belong to the same self-development and that's the cause of the problem. I try with, e.g. Barbara account, and it works.

Please inform the Peace Coaches, that once they switch episode ... from 1 to 1.5 or to 2.0, they have to again click the region on the right and that's all.
