Thank you for sharing your time. I've missed some things about the 42 days programme, and I'm lost. So I need your help.

In order to be "certified" that I've completed the programme, I have to write down every day I complete my meditation and I have to do it every single day?

Cause if this is the case, I think have to start all over.
