I have the same prob. I have been trying many times but it does not save and submit it. same note. I have saved my answers in Adobe file just in case and can send to a technical staff as really exhausted to repeat same again and again as answers have not been saved. Can you help me about it?

This problem was suffering me at the first time but you have to repeat it again now it is working

Thank you. But i have tried 1000..nd time and it does not work again. i cannot save it. tells something like "Whoops! There was an error.....". Hope it will be figured out soon as now this feedback form is a part of my daily rouine that takes much time unfortunately(

Sorry for the problem. It didn't go away. We tried and found some BUGs in the code. We fix it again today. Please consider trying it one more time.

Dear All,today was my second day of trying it since I got the info that it was fixed but it still deleted all my entries giving me this message "Some fields are missing. Please scroll down and make sure that you have entered all necessary fields.

Kindly assist,I ensured all entries were complete before I submitted.It is almost one month since I requested for guidance on this issue and since I completed my self-development.Peace .

Dear friends I had the same problem ,you have to put something like -- in parts that you didn't answer
like when they ask us if any other places that we use internet ,there is 3 question like this in feedback ,it is better to save your answers in another page like word in case it happened again ,you have the answers and you need to just copy them best negin

I tried to fill the form with Google Chrome and with explorer and after spending almost 45 minutes to fill carefuly the form, it happened again. I've lost all the information :(

Have you guys found a solution for this problem? Anyone could fill the form without problem?

I don't know what to do, that was my 4th time :(

Dear carol I sent you a massage about this problem before , you have to fill the places that you haven't answered with hyphens (--,*,...) ,like when they asked about if you use internet in any other places , this help you submit your report and it would help you if you save your answers in word or someplace else in case that happened again you have all your answers and you just need to copy them to feedback form ,hope your problem would solve ,let me know if you 'll able to complete your form .
