I have added a new feature so PCMs can mark uncoached entries as "coached".

Considering the following picture, this is the self-development of Sheriffo. He has 10 uncoached entries there. Coaching him at the moment, wouldn't do anything better. So, I guess in this case, it is better to mark them as "coached".

In order to do that, you just have to click at the orange button "Uncoached: 10" and answer "yes". If an ordinary Peace Coach attempts to do this, the system will alert that he or she is not authorized to do so.

All the uncoached entries will go away.

I hope you enjoy that, we can then lower the "Active Rebels" number quite a lot.
